Welcome
I'm so glad you found In the Lotus of the Heart.
Everywhere I go, the main question my students ask me is about
transforming relationships. They want to know: "How can I become a loving
partner?" and "How do I create a conscious relationship?" They especially
want help overcoming communication issues as well as changing habitual
patterns that prevent them from developing or sustaining healthy
relationships.
This is why I wrote my book. As a species, we're wired to reach out and
relate to others. We crave connection, desiring to be seen and valued for
who we are and held in a supportive web of community. But too often we
encounter barriers blocking our innate capacity to give and receive love.
I invite you to explore some secrets to self-discovery and opening the
heart through the portal of my book,
In the Lotus of the Heart: The Essence of Relationships.
We start with ourselves, reconnecting with our
inner being. That is where we find our wholeness and perfection.
Caught up, as we are, in the intricate web of life, it is easy to forget
that our primary relationship is with ourselves. Yet it is when we nestle
into relationship with ourselves, conscious of our inner treasures, that
we lay the foundation for other relationships to take root in the spirit
of sustained joy.
Haven't you noticed that when you find love in your heart you do not feel
compelled to go "shopping" for love?
As you recognize your wholeness, you'll find that you experience greater
harmony in your relationships. You'll see that your core values become
clearer, and deeper dimensions of your personality begin to bloom.
To your joy and fulfillment!
Shubhraji
